Environment: Concerns that synthetic lawns are adding to environmental problems are gathering pace but have they considered that synthetic grass stops people from wasting valuable water supplies, using power and burning fuel when mowing. Synthetic lawns can also help to get kids fitter by getting them out into the garden more often. In fact it could be said that artificial grass is better for our environment!

Bird and insect life: Make sure you consider the local bird life by keeping borders in which birds can forage for food. Flowering plants and nutrient rich soil encourages insects and therefore helps keep a healthy balance within the garden. Leaving a small wild patch or a vegtable patch are other ways in which to improve your and the overall environment. Careful planting of bird friendly plants and placement of bird feeders may bring in even more birds.
